Soll man in seinem Rechtsbereich in solchen Fällen strafen?

Nachteile:

- Man verstößt gegen die wichtigen Weisheiten des Christentums des Sanftmuts und der Barmherzigkeit

- Man verstößt gegen den Grundsatz von Laotse:  "Dem Weg folgen heißt auch: das Nichttun pflegen. Man sollte jeden Tag weniger tun und handeln, sich nicht in Dinge einmischen. Wenn man zu viel tut, hat das nur schädliche Folgen. Durch das Nichttun dagegen erreicht man, dass alles von allein in Ordnung kommt."

- Man schafft sich einen Feind

- Winston Churchill Zitat: Man läßt anderen die Fehler und warnt nur, am Ende lernen sie daraus oft besser als wenn man straft: " Der kluge Mann macht nicht alle Fehler allein, er läßt auch anderen eine Chance"

- Wenn man straft und der andere ist in Wirklichkeit im Recht, wird man nach dem Gesetz der goldenen Regel gestraft

-man läßt dem anderen nicht seine Meinungsfreiheit

-man muss nicht unbedingt strafen, wo kein Kläger da kein Richter

Vorteile:

- Manchmal ist es wohl richtig in seinem Rechtsbereich zu strafen, Strafe ist manchmal nötig und sinnvoll wie vielleicht in dem Fall Kimmel.

-Man hat meistens das Recht in seinem Rechtsbereich es zu tun, wenn man es will

Fazit:

M.E. ist es oft sinnvoll nichts zu machen bzw den Deliquenten persönlich erst zu ermahnen und mit Ihm zu sprechen.
Ich hätte in den zwei oberen Links nichts gemacht.
Mein Vater hat oft zu mir gesagt, das geht einen einen feuchten Dreck an und das habe ich mir oft zu Herzen genommen.
Ich strafe oft durch Polemik in meinem Blog und halte mich zurück wenn es klar ist oder ich mir nicht sicher bin.

Disadvantages:

- If you punish someone and they are actually in the right, you will be punished according to the law of the golden rule.

- You are not allowing the other person their freedom of expression.

- You don't necessarily have to punish them.

Advantages:

- Sometimes it is right to punish someone within your jurisdiction; punishment is sometimes necessary and sensible, as in the Kimmel case, for example.

- You usually have the right to do so within your legal jurisdiction if you want to.

Conclusion:

In my opinion, it often makes sense to do nothing or to first admonish the offender personally and talk to them.

I would not have done anything in the two links above.

My father often told me that it's none of your damn business, and I often took that to heart.

I often punish through polemics in my blog and hold back when it's clear or I'm not sure.
